Terms & Conditions — bajy Platform Rules and Player Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bajy ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino services available at bajy.io. These Terms govern all use of the bajy website, mobile browser application, and any related services offered under the bajy brand name.

By accessing bajy.io, creating a player account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. Each player may hold only one registered bajy account. The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether under the same personal details or under different identities, constitutes a material breach of these Terms. bajy uses automated and manual verification procedures to detect duplicate account registrations. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be suspended immediately, bonus balances will be voided, and remaining real-money balances may be withheld pending investigation.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. bajy relies on the information you provide for the purpose of identity verification, withdrawal processing, and fraud prevention. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

bajy reserves the right to close any account at its sole discretion, including where an account has been inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. Players will be notified by email prior to any dormant account closure, and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player via the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to identity verification.

All funds deposited into a bajy account must be used for gambling activity on the platform. bajy accounts are not electronic wallets or payment services and may not be used to store funds indefinitely without participation in gaming activity. bajy reserves the right to apply an administration fee to accounts where funds have been deposited but no wagering activity has occurred within 90 days.

bajy may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload bonuses, tournament prizes, and other promotional incentives to new and existing players. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that are communicated at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for the purposes of that promotion only.

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all bajy promotions:

All bets and wagers placed on the bajy platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game, sport, or market. bajy publishes product-specific rules within each game category. By placing a bet or wager, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable game rules. bajy's decision on the settlement of any bet or wager is final, subject to the appeal process described below.

For sports betting — including cricket, football, kabaddi, and hockey markets — the following general rules apply:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed by the player. Odds may change prior to confirmation.
• bajy reserves the right to void bets placed on markets where a palpable error in odds has occurred. Players will be notified and staked funds will be returned.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to market availability. bajy may suspend in-play markets at any time without prior notice, for example during stoppages in play or where data integrity cannot be confirmed.
• Match abandonment and postponement rules are applied per the specific sport rules published on the platform.
• Bets cannot be cancelled by the player once confirmed, except where the bajy cancellation feature is explicitly available for a specific market.

Technical malfunctions during gameplay will result in the bet being voided and the stake returned to the player's account balance.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bajy platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, potential forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Impersonating another person, using a false identity, or providing fraudulent identity documents during verification.
• Attempting to access or interfere with another player's account.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive behaviour, or threatening communication directed at bajy staff or other players via any bajy communication channel.

All intellectual property rights in and to the bajy platform — including but not limited to the bajy brand name, logo, website design, user interface, software, text content, graphics, and game assets — are owned by or licensed to bajy. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any bajy intellectual property.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any bajy intellectual property without prior written consent. Unauthorised use of bajy's intellectual property may give rise to civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

bajy collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By registering a bajy account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.

bajy uses SSL encryption across the entire platform to protect personal and financial data transmitted between your device and bajy's servers. bajy does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data shared with payment processors (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard) is limited to what is necessary to process your transaction.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bajy shall not be liable for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive — arising from your use of or inability to use the bajy platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity on the platform.

bajy's total aggregate liability to any player for any cause of action shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their bajy account in the thirty (30) calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by bajy's negligence.

bajy reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, including identity fraud or payment fraud.
• Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements, including age verification.
• Request by the player to self-exclude or close the account.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months.
• Requirement to comply with applicable law or a direction from a competent authority.

Upon account closure for breach of Terms, bajy reserves the right to void all bonus balances and pending bonus-derived winnings. Real-money balances will be returned to the player via the most recent deposit method used, subject to completed identity verification, unless the closure was due to confirmed fraud or money laundering, in which case funds may be withheld pending investigation and reporting obligations.
